Kaitlyn had a super narrow window to get hers and Kyle’s engagement session done – as in an early Friday morning last week – as she lives out of state and had flown in the night before to attend a wedding in Hays, Kansas, her stomping grounds. We’d scheduled the session such that she and Kyle could get it taken care of at their alma mater on their way west – and luckily, the stars aligned, as their next opportunity would be the dead of winter. It *could* have been winter when we started the session at 7:30am to catch first light, as there was frost on the ground and it was a whopping 31 degrees. But it warmed up quickly and these two were so into each other, I don’t think they cared about the colder-than-usual temperature anyways!
