I made the looooong trek out to Hays, Kansas last Tuesday to shoot Stephanie and Cole’s engagement session. It’s the first of three trips I have out there this year – I have Haylee and Matt’s wedding in a week, and then out to shoot Stephanie and Cole again, this time for their wedding, in late August. A lot of people would call me weird, but I LOVE Kansas. I saw 100 amazing places to shoot (at LEAST) on my drive westward across the state on I-70. The landscape is beautiful. A barren kind of beautiful, but beautiful. So even with the 8 hours of driving in total, I was excited about this shoot.
