I shot a family session for the Fords at Shawnee Mission Park last week – their daughter, Lauren, booked her 2012 wedding with SDP and they were anxious to get updated family portraits before Lauren moves out of town this coming weekend! It was a hot evening and the chiggers were out in full force (I quit counting at 25 bites!), but we had some gorgeous light and scenery to work with and you’d never know we were all sweating up a storm. 
You’ll see Lauren back on the blog next week, as she and her fiance Jayme are having their engagement session done this week before she moves to Michigan!
