Seth called me last week and wanted to schedule a “surprise” engagement session for his fiance, Adriane – Seth is a Marine and is returning to Quantico, Virginia today. We scheduled for Sunday – which turned out to not be so much of a surprise when Seth realized Adriane was going to have to plan clothing changes and such! The weather the first half of the day was positively dreary with heavy mist and low overcast, but it broke up enough in the afternoon that we were able to get some serious work done. We wandered quite a bit and discovered a lot of new places – which I always appreciate! Kansas City is just a great city to explore from a photographic standpoint. I had a hard time narrrowing down the selection for the blog…there are some additional shots on my Facebook fan page (you are a fan of SDP, right? 
) Seth and Adriane – I wish you the BEST of times ahead!!
