GUYS. Fall is filling FAST. I can’t tell you how fast. Fast enough that you need to book NOW if you want a session. There are THREE guaranteed slots left for mini sessions right now. That’s it. (how, you ask? HERE!)

I will keep this post at the top for a while and update available sessions here regularly. As of Tuesday, October 10th, here’s what is left:

CURRENT FALL SLOTS AVAILABLE, through end of October:
OCTOBER 14 MINI SESSIONS AT SCHERER FARMS

8am, 3pm

OCTOBER 22 MINI SESSIONS AT SCHERER FARMS

 10am
Again, you can book your session at this link: https://sarahdickersonphoto.acuityscheduling.com/

10/10/2017 UPDATE!! I have had a cancellation and have a 10am slot open on October 22nd. I also have an 8am and 3pm on Saturday 10/14.  OCTOBER IS FULL other than the above 3 sessions! Snag one if you want one! I will be bidding mostly weekdays off in November so I can spend some time with my husband, who isn’t as senior as I am at our airline and cannot yet bid weekends off like I can (I’m spending a grand total of 5 days with him in October so I can do photography for you all on weekends!). It does look like I will have the first weekend in November off (November schedule will be out for certain by October 18th), but outside of that I cannot guarantee any weekend dates. So snag one of these sessions if you need a weekend and want gorgeous fall weather!
That all being said, THIS is what you could have to hang on your walls if you DO book a session! Here are some highlights from 3 sessions shot the 3rd weekend of September, enjoy!

Hello all. Recurrent training at my airline is over, and I’ve got my schedule for July set up on my scheduling page. I am so sorry this took so long; I’d promised it last week, and I know some of you all were possibly interested in shooting this holiday weekend. I unfortunately lost my grandmother (my last remaining grandparent) less than 24 hours after returning home from training, and photography just had to take a back seat.

My July is not super open; I’m obviously gone part of the month for work and my vacation is also occurring at the end of the month; I’ll be in Wisconsin for a week. My grandmother’s services in two weekends also affects my schedule. That all being said, I do have SOME availability – so go check out my schedule and see if what I have available works out for you. August should be much more normal, and I intend to give you all as MUCH of my time as I possibly can this fall (September, October, and November) when portrait sessions really ramp up with fall colors and the holidays approaching. Please continue to watch my calendar each month that you are interested in booking. Again, I post my schedule around the 19th-20th of each month for the FOLLOWING month, once I have my work/travel schedule. I only know my work schedule one month at a time, until I bid the following month – so unfortunately, for example now, I do not know my work schedule beyond the last day of July. I will have August’s schedule by the 18th or 19th of July. Any questions about booking, of course, please do not hesitate to email me. Also, I DO take advance requests to be notified via email when a particular months’ schedule becomes available – so for instance, if you are dying for an October shoot, I can email you as soon as it is posted. (as of today, July 3rd, I’m still playing catch-up from training and my family’s loss…so be patient, I’m working on it today).

ALL that being said, I’m going to finally start blogging and sharing some of my fantastic spring shoots in the coming weeks. We will start with the Cotter family, who were one of my wedding clients several years back. One of my greatest joys is continuing to work as a family photographer for couples such as Emily and Tom as they start their families. So neat and rewarding to see! Enjoy these photos, and I’ll be sure to share more sessions in the coming days.
